  • To continue holding workshops for leaders, training of the elderly on effective cooperation between young and senior employees, to continue holding discussions with senior employees about online technologies, more frequent preventive health checks for the elderly.

  • The training workshops for leaders on how to work more efficiently with senior employees were held, a draft action plan was prepared on how to seek employment opportunities for older insurance agents, interviews were carried out with senior employees, training on new online technologies relevant for senior employees was held, the formalities for carrying out more frequent preventive health checks for senior employees were completed.
  • To take preventive action, to continue with the good practice of cooperation between clerks and their supervisors in the case of a dispute and to implement the practice set out in the Rules on the Protection of Dignity at Work.

  • Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment and mobbing of employees in practice, any such situation was resolved as soon as possible. Consequently (in accordance with the Rules), no inappropriate or unacceptable conduct needed to be dealt with.
  • To continue to regularly publish insurance-related content on the Vse bo v redu website aimed at raising the readers’ awareness and increasing their satisfaction with insurance products.

  • Regular publishing of content resulted in 20% more visits, while responses to client dilemmas and questions from various sources (web forums, social networks, help desk) increased. 
  • To plan the content and activities, through which the Company is brought closer to young people.

  • Two hackathons were organised so as to identify communication channels and bring insurance products and services closer to the needs of young people.

  • In cooperation with the Slovene Fire-Fighting Association, an in-depth awareness raising story about fires in the domestic environment was written; in just three months, the readers devoted over 500 hours of attention to the story. By using preventive online tests, interaction with the users was developed (mostly by solving online tests on traffic safety).
  • To raise awareness of employees about proper waste separation and reducing the quantity of waste.

  • The employees were made aware of the separate waste collection guidelines through a series of internal contents.
  • To actively educate, especially young families, about the importance of safety in the mountains and physical preparation and to hold at least two such events.

  • The Company (co-)organised 5 events (co-operation with the Mountain Rescue Association of Slovenia (GRZS)) and prepared a video on safety in the mountains.

  • The number of followers, reach and engagement of all social networks were increased. Clean the Mountains FB profile remains the largest mountaineering online community in Slovenia.

  • In addition to the Alpine Association of Slovenia and the Mountain Rescue Association of Slovenia, the Company cooperated with many mountaineering societies and schools.
